Job Description

As an HR Intern, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our HR team and gain exposure to various aspects of HR management, including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, and HR administration.

This internship offers valuable learning experiences and the chance to contribute to real-world HR projects in a supportive and collaborative environment.


Key Responsibilities

  1. Support the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, resume screening, interview coordination, and maintaining candidate pipelines.
  2. Assist in creating a smooth and professional onboarding experience for new hires by coordinating documentation, orientation schedules, and induction activities.
  3. Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and internal documentation while ensuring accuracy, organization, and strict confidentiality.
  4. Assist the HR team in employee engagement initiatives and internal communication activities that contribute to building a positive and collaborative workplace culture.
  5. Support HR operations and administrative processes, including documentation management, policy updates, and the preparation of HR-related reports.
  6. Contribute to HR projects and initiatives, such as performance management support, training coordination, and process improvement activities.
  7. Utilize modern HR tools and digital platforms to streamline recruitment workflows, communication, and HR documentation processes.
  8. Stay updated with evolving HR practices, workplace trends, and employment regulations to effectively support the HR & Admin team.


Requirements

  1. Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Strong interest in building a long-term career in Human Resources and People Operations with a proactive learning mindset.
  3. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills with the ability to interact professionally with candidates and employees.
  4. Strong organizational and time management abilities, with attention to detail and the capability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace tools.
  6. Familiarity with modern productivity and AI tools, such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Notion AI, or similar platforms used for research, documentation, and workflow efficiency.
  7. Basic understanding of recruitment platforms, LinkedIn sourcing, or HR/ATS software will be considered an added advantage.
  8. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with discretion and professionalism.
