Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning and execution of IT projects, ensuring adherence to project scope, budget, and timeline.
- Define project objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation plans.
- Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, testers, and other stakeholders, to ensure project milestones are met.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders on project progress, risks, and issues.
- Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure projects are delivered within allocated budget constraints.
- Ensure project documentation, including project plans, requirements documents, and status reports, are maintained and updated regularly.
- Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, motivating team members to achieve project goals and objectives.
- Conduct post-project reviews to evaluate project performance, identify lessons learned, and implement process improvements for future projects.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. PMP or PRINCE2 certification is preferred.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the IT industry, managing software development or technology projects.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks based on project goals and objectives.
- Experience in risk management, change management, and stakeholder management.
- Proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, or similar tools.
- Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies is a plus but not required.
