AI Digital Marketing & Web Development

Websites that get found by AI, and campaigns that bring the right buyers

Search has two front doors now: Google's ten blue links and an AI answer that cites three sources. We build the site that earns the citation, then run the paid and organic engine that turns the traffic into pipeline — measured in qualified leads, not impressions.

Two halves of one engine

The site and the demand have to be built together

A beautiful site with no traffic is a brochure. Traffic landing on a slow, unclear page is a refund. We own both sides, so there is nobody to blame and nothing to hand off.

AI Digital Marketing

Get found in Google, and get cited by ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and AI Overviews — then convert the visit.

  • AEO / GEO — structured data, entity clarity and answer-shaped content so AI engines quote you
  • Technical & on-page SEO — Core Web Vitals, crawl health, internal linking, schema
  • Performance marketing — Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn with offline conversion import
  • Content engine — AI-assisted, human-edited pillar pages, comparisons and FAQs
  • Lifecycle & CRM — WhatsApp, email and nurture flows wired to your pipeline
  • Attribution — GA4, GTM, server-side events, UTM and GCLID stitched to closed revenue

Web Development

Fast, accessible, search-ready websites and web apps — built to be edited by your team, not re-bought every two years.

  • Marketing sites & landing pages — mobile-first, sub-2s, conversion-instrumented
  • Headless & CMS builds — Next.js, React, WordPress, Frappe/ERPNext website
  • E-commerce — catalogue, checkout, payment gateway and logistics integration
  • Web apps & portals — customer, dealer and partner portals with role-based access
  • Integrations — ERP, CRM, payment, WhatsApp Business API, analytics
  • Accessibility & Core Web Vitals — WCAG 2.2 AA targets, Lighthouse budgets in CI
Who it's for

Two very different buyers. We don't pretend otherwise.

A 12-person services firm and a listed manufacturer need the same outcome and almost nothing else in common. Pick the column that sounds like you — the engagement shape, the first 30 days and the reporting all change.

Startups & SMEs

You need leads this quarter

One page, one offer, one measurable number. We launch fast, then compound.

  • Launch in 2–4 weeks: landing page, tracking, one paid channel
  • Lead capture wired to WhatsApp and your inbox from day one
  • A single reporting number: cost per qualified lead
  • Content cadence you can actually sustain — 2 pieces a month, not 20
  • No retainer lock-in for the first 90 days
Mid-market & Enterprise

You need the machine to be auditable

Multiple stakeholders, brand rules, security review, and a CFO who wants attribution.

  • Discovery, IA and content governance before a line of code
  • Design system and component library your agency can reuse
  • SSO, role-based CMS access, staging → UAT → production
  • Server-side tracking, consent mode, and CRM-closed-loop attribution
  • ISO 27001 processes, NDA and DPA, security questionnaire support
From friction to flow

Six things we hear on the first call — and what we change

Hover or tap a card to see the fix.

“We rank on Google but ChatGPT never mentions us”

Classic SEO optimises for a results page. AI engines need extractable entities, structured data and answer-shaped copy — three things most sites never had.

How we smooth it

We rebuild the page as an answerable entity: FAQPage, Organization, Service and Product schema, factual claim blocks AI can quote, clean headings and a citable source page. Then we track which prompts surface you.

“Our site looks fine but nobody converts”

Traffic lands on a hero that describes the company instead of the visitor's problem, and the form asks for nine fields before it earns the right to one.

How we smooth it

Message hierarchy rewritten against the buyer's actual job, one primary CTA per screen, a three-field form, and heatmap plus session review to find the step people quit.

“We spend on ads and can't tell what worked”

GA4 was installed, never configured. No GCLID capture, no server-side events, no lead status flowing back — so the platform optimises for form fills, including junk ones.

How we smooth it

GTM rebuilt with a documented data layer, GCLID and UTM captured into the CRM, offline conversion import back to Google and Meta so bidding learns from closed deals, not clicks.

“The site takes forever on mobile”

Four font families, an un-optimised hero image, a page builder shipping 600 KB of unused CSS, and third-party scripts loading in the critical path.

How we smooth it

A performance budget enforced in CI: modern image formats, system or subset fonts, critical CSS inlined, deferred third parties. We target green Core Web Vitals on a mid-range Android, not a MacBook.

“Every small edit needs a developer”

Content was built as hard-coded markup instead of structured, editable blocks — so a price change becomes a ticket, a deploy and a week.

How we smooth it

Content modelled as reusable blocks in a CMS your marketing team owns, with a preview environment. Typical copy change: two minutes, no deploy, no developer.

“Our agency, our dev and our CRM don't talk”

Three vendors, three dashboards, three versions of the truth — and whoever reports last gets believed.

How we smooth it

One team owns site, campaigns and the data layer. A single monthly review that reconciles ad spend, sessions, leads and CRM stage, with the gaps named rather than smoothed over.

How an engagement runs

Eight weeks to live. Then it compounds.

Every stage ends in something you can open, read or click — not a status update.

Where the AI actually sits

AI does the volume. People own the judgement.

We are specific about this, because “AI marketing” is usually a synonym for unedited output. Here is exactly what is automated and what is not.

AI does

Keyword and prompt clustering · competitor and SERP analysis at scale · first-draft copy and meta from an approved brief · schema generation · ad variant permutations · RAG over your own documents for accurate product answers · anomaly alerts on spend and traffic · bulk image and alt-text preparation.

People do

Positioning and offer · every factual claim and number · brand voice and final edit · design decisions · what we will not publish · budget allocation · the monthly call where we tell you what underperformed.

Tools we work in

GA4 · Google Tag Manager · Search Console · Looker Studio · Google Ads · Meta & LinkedIn Ads · Ahrefs / Semrush · Next.js & React · WordPress · Frappe / ERPNext · Node & Python · Cloudflare · WhatsApp Business API · ERPNext CRM and HubSpot.

Engagement models

Four ways to work with us

We do not publish a rate card, because the same site costs very differently depending on the six factors below. You get a fixed written quote after the audit — before you commit to anything.

Launch sprint

Fixed scope, 4–8 weeks

One site or landing system, built, instrumented and live.

  • Audit and 90-day plan
  • Design and build
  • Tracking and CRM wiring
  • Launch + 30 days of support

Growth retainer

Monthly, 3-month minimum

Content, campaigns, CRO and reporting as a running engine.

  • Content and SEO cadence
  • Paid media management

  • Monthly scorecard review

Dedicated pod

Monthly, 6-month minimum

Why Naapbooks

Six reasons that survive a reference check

A listed company on the other side of the contract

Naapbooks Limited is listed on the BSE and ISO 27001 certified. Our books, our governance and our security processes are inspectable — which matters when you are handing over your website, your ad accounts and your customer data.

Build and growth under one roof

No agency-blames-developer loop. The person who writes the schema and the person who runs the campaign sit in the same review.

AI used with a named boundary

We publish what the AI drafts and what a human signs off. No unedited output goes live with your name on it.

We report what did not work

The monthly review names the underperforming channel and what we are changing. If a channel should be switched off, we say so even though it shrinks the retainer.

Engineering depth, not a page builder

20+ shipped products, ERP and fintech integration work, and in-house Node, Python and React teams. Complex integrations do not become “out of scope”.

You own everything

Code, CMS, ad accounts, GA4 property, GTM container and documentation are in your name from day one. Leaving is a handover, not a hostage negotiation.

Questions

Answered plainly

What is AEO, and is it different from SEO?
SEO optimises for a results page where the user still clicks. Answer Engine Optimisation (AEO, sometimes GEO) optimises for an AI answer that cites two or three sources and often ends the journey there. The work overlaps — clean markup, fast pages, real expertise — but AEO adds structured data, unambiguous entity definitions, factual claim blocks written to be extracted, and content shaped as direct answers. We do both, because Google results and AI answers are both still sending traffic.
Can you actually get us cited by ChatGPT or Gemini?
We can measurably improve the odds and we track it, but nobody controls these systems and anyone promising a guaranteed citation is selling something they cannot deliver. What we do is make your pages the easiest correct source to quote: schema, clear entity pages, answer-shaped content, and presence on the third-party sources these models lean on. Then we monitor a set of real prompts month over month so you can see movement rather than take our word for it.
How long before we see leads?
Paid channels can produce enquiries in the first week after launch, which is usually week 4 to 8 of the engagement. Organic and AI visibility move on a 3 to 6 month horizon — that is the nature of the channel, not a hedge. If you need pipeline this month, we start with paid and a landing page and build the organic engine alongside it.
Do you work with our existing website, or does it have to be rebuilt?
We start with an audit and tell you honestly. Plenty of sites need tracking, schema, speed and message work rather than a rebuild — that is a cheaper and faster path and we will say so. A rebuild is warranted when the platform blocks performance or your team cannot edit content without a developer.
Who writes the content?
Either of us. If you have subject-matter experts, we interview them and edit — that produces the best work. If you do not, we draft with AI assistance, fact-check and edit, then send it to you for approval. Nothing publishes without a named human sign-off on your side.
What platforms do you build on?
Next.js or React for custom and headless builds, WordPress where the team wants familiar editing, and Frappe / ERPNext when the site needs to sit beside an existing ERP. We will recommend based on who maintains it after launch, not on what we prefer to write.
Do we own the accounts and the code?
Yes, from day one. The repository, the CMS, the GA4 property, the GTM container and the ad accounts are created in your name with us as a user. If the engagement ends we remove our access and hand over documentation.
Will you sign an NDA and handle a security review?
Yes. We are ISO 27001 certified and routinely complete client security questionnaires, NDAs and data processing agreements. For regulated clients we can work in your environment with scoped access rather than taking data out.
We are outside India — do you work internationally?
Yes. We work with clients across the Gulf, Europe and the UK, with overlapping hours and English-language delivery. Pricing and contracting are handled in your currency where required.
What does the free growth audit include?
A technical crawl, Core Web Vitals on real field data where available, schema and AI-visibility check across the major answer engines, a competitor gap view, and a prioritised 90-day plan. You get the document whether or not you engage us. It takes us about a week.
